By accessing and using the website and services of Chakra Cycles, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our website or purchasing our bicycles and accessories. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

2. Products and Services

Chakra Cycles offers a variety of bicycles specifically curated for city commuting, mountain trails, and road cycling. All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display our inventory accurately, but we do not guarantee that the color, design, or specifications will exactly match the final physical product due to display variations and continuous manufacturing updates.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on our platform and in our retail store are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment must be completed in full before the dispatch or handover of any bicycle or accessory. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, whether due to typographical error or other unforeseen inaccuracies.

4. Intellectual Property

The Chakra Cycles name, logo, domain names, and all related brand assets—including imagery, text, and layout design—are the exclusive intellectual property of Chakra Cycles. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our branding, content, or media without prior written consent from our management is strictly prohibited under Indian intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cycling involves inherent physical risks and hazards. Chakra Cycles shall not be held legally liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss of income, or other indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of the bicycles and accessories purchased from our shop. It is entirely the responsibility of the rider to ensure the bicycle is properly maintained before each ride, to abide by local traffic laws, and to wear appropriate safety gear at all times.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or directly related to these terms, or the purchase of products from our business, shall be subject to the exclusive legal jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
